Before you begin
Your four stations
This is not an invitation to smoke four cigars in a row. Explore the route now and plan no more than one tasting station on a separate occasion.
Four whisky profiles
Fruity Speyside, bourbon, sherry-cask whisky and a rich peated malt.
Choose the blend
For each size, look for the stated mild, medium or full flavour profile; no brands are required.
Water and notes
Keep water nearby, make the pour small and note what changes when the profiles meet.
Only for existing cigar smokers who meet the legal age requirements for alcohol and tobacco where they live. One station per occasion, drink water, stop if unwell and never drive after alcohol.
Format is not strength. Tobacco blend determines power; a large cigar may be mild and a small one full-bodied.
